Advantages:

Фото соответствует действительности. Поблизости есть продуктовый магазин и пункт выдачи чебуреков).

Disadvantages:

До моря далековато. Потолок скрипит (соседи сверху). В комнате тесно и душно. На улице жуткая вонь от кошек.
