Advantages:

Удобное расположение к главному пляжу Симеиза через парк. Рядом все магазины, аптеки, рестораны и автостанция. До аквапарка 200 руб на такси, до Ялты и всех достопримечательностей удобно добираться. До отеля Мрия и парка Дримвуд 350 руб на такси.
