Advantages:

Везде чисто. ДВЕ ОТДЕЛЬНЫЕ ПРОСТОРНЫЕ СПАЛЬНИ. Можно готовить самим. До главной аллеи пешком совсем рядом (через узкий проход по лестнице), в соседнем доме продуктовый магазин. Вся сантехника, кондеи, плита, холодильник, утюг и т.д. нормальные. Всем удобно пользоваться. Смена белья, вынос мусора. Остались довольны.
