Квартира находится в центре поселка Симеиз, в довольно тихом месте, где вечерами не слышно ночной музыки. До центральной аллеи, где находятся все развлекательные заведения не больше 5 минут. Самый короткий путь на набережную и к морю по прямой – около 10 минут через живописный парк санатория. Совсем рядом с домом находится продуктовый магазин, до второго продуктового магазина идти не более 10 минут, а до овощного рынка, где можно купить свежие овощи и фрукты идти еще 20 минут, проходя мимо прочих торговых точек. Здесь же находится автостанция, вещевой рынок, сувенирные лавки.
